Ewa + Alex | Engagement Film | Rattlesnake Point Conservation Area

We featured Ewa and Alex’s engagement photos on the blog on June 5th, but as you can imagine, video sometimes takes a little bit more time, so it wasn’t quite ready right there and then. But a month after, it’s ready and approved by Ewa (and Alex, I imagine… hehe!) and I can share it with you! This is a no-dialogue/interview edit. To me, the neatest thing about it is Ewa’s slightly off-key choice of music (‘The Only One’ by The Black Keys)… at first I thought it may be too dramatic, but after cutting images to it, and giving the piece a slightly vintage-y look, I actually really like the effect!

Well, I won’t keep you any longer… just wanted to share. Maybe it’ll give some of you ideas (i.e. if you really like your dogs, why not bring them along?). If you like it, leave a comment or share it. Or ask questions if you want? In any case, that’s it for now. Take care! – Christian

Naly + Ben Elopement Video Featured on The Wedding Co. Blog

This is pretty fun news: our latest video, Naly and Ben’s Elopement Highlights, is currently being featured on the front page of the Wedding Co. blog! :)

Not only is it great to see that people dig our work, but Ben and Naly are personal friends of mine, as is Sean, who composed and performed the song used for the edit. Goodness all around!

We hope you like it and share it too! If anything, this video serves as a reminder that you don’t need a big fancy wedding – those are still awesome though! -, but that the most important thing is, actually, to take the time to tell that special person that you love them, and will forever.

Naly and Ben, we wish you all the best, and we look forward to having lunch with you guys once Ben returns from his exciting trip to China!

Karen + Andrew – The Love Story | Toronto Pearson International Airport

We’re happy to share this with you today, as we’d had to keep it under wraps to maintain the surprise for the guests at Karen and Andrew’s wedding, that happened last week (video of that to come soon)! :)

Karen and Andre have known each other for a long time now, but as Karen describes, their love story didn’t begin with an Aha! moment, but rather grew from a friendship deeply-rooted in honesty and kindness. They’ve played softball together, Andrew ‘conveniently’ got transferred to work close to Karen, and throughout it all developed a unique relationship together.

But the last years have been harder: Andrew travels all over the place for work – “he’s like George Clooney in Up in the Air” – and Karen went back home to the East Coast to study to become a doctor! Nonetheless, despite the distance, they’ve remained strong and committed to each other, as is obvious from this video.

Now they’re married and we’re so happy for them two! :)

A Winter Wedding – Teaser

We had the honour and pleasure of being a part of Carolyn and Jeff’s fabulous winter wedding this Saturday. The immense love that they share for one another radiated such warmth that it melted the snow around them. Here is a little teaser from the frigid winter photo shoot by the lake.

Carolyn and Jeff, if you get too warm on your honeymoon you can always look at these images to cool you down :-)
